4COOLER is an automatic cooling system designed specially to cope with the climatic conditions and constructions of Egyptian dairy farms.

The system is based on BLACK MAX fans of American manufacturer Schaefer, with 90cm diameter and 3/4 hp motor that can withstand high working temperatures, with polyethylene housing for longer life, blades of stainless steel have the ability to provide air current that simulate natural air.
It works by passing high pressure water (about 20 bar) produced by high pressure pump through fine nozzles fixed on stainless steel ring producing mist that can cool down the air without wetting yards floor.
The system is automatically controlled by temperature and humidity sensors to provide cool environment for cows during summer with minimal interference.
Direct Flow Basket Fans
Direct flow circulation fans feature very high airflow with a narrow airflow pattern to deliver high volumes of fast moving air to cool cows and other animals. Ships fully assembled, available unassembled for high packing density and low shipping cost.

The patent pending, Schaefer FlipFan dairy cooling system combines advanced 90cm high velocity fans and misting systems with a horizontal rotational mounting structure that allows the fans to be adjusted to compensate for windspeed and direction and to “flip” 180˚ to point outside the shade for nighttime cow cooling.With from 2 – 4 fans per bay, FlipFan provides an average velocity of 7 mph across the shade, and up to 2gal/min. of evaporative cooling per bay.With control options ranging from simple manual controls to iPad® and iPod® driven PLCs that adjust your system for time, temperature, humidity, wind speed, milking and feed schedules, FlipFan delivers the ultimate dairy cooling solution for a range of budgets.
is our large, stationary, through-the-roof evaporative cooling system proven to be very effective in maintaining cow comfort and high milk production levels during even the hottest days in extremely hot and arid climates, such as the US Southwest and the Middle East.
SuperCoolers are typically deployed in dairies with high roofs and which are protected from the prevailing wind and sun with shade curtains. Rows of SuperCoolers are installed down both sides of a peaked roof dairy facility, typically at 20’ spacings. A single SuperCooler cools an area of up to 1,000 square feet, or enough area for 12 to 15 cows, depending on cow density.
